ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Only support animals for blind or partially-sighted people are authorised (on presentation of a supporting document).
MAY I SMOKE ON THE PARK GROUNDS?
Smoking is permitted ONLY in the designated smoking areas. Outside of these areas, smoking is prohibited; this includes electronic cigarettes.
WHERE CAN I LEAVE MY PERSONAL AFFAIRS?
There are lockers free of charge for our visitors. But you can also decide to keep your things with you while at the park.
WHAT ARE THE ACCESSORIES ALLOWED ON THE ATTRACTIONS?
Each attraction presents its own restrictions. Check these out on the ATTRACTIONS page.
AT WHAT TIME DO OUR ATTRACTIONS CLOSE ?
In order to ease traffic flow during the closing of our park, Le Géant, Le Rocket, Le Tube and our 6 slides accessible with water wings start closing around 6.30pm. La Cascade de Manéa closes at 6.45pm.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON THE ATTRACTIONS?
Certain attractions require a minimum height or present a minimum or maximum limit on weight. This is why our rates correspond to the size and height of our visitors.

IS THERE A SPECIAL RATE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?
There is indeed a discounted rate for pregnant women of €22.90. For safety reasons, pregnant women do not have access to all attractions, which is why there is a special discount upon presentation of a medical certificate.
WHAT MEANS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED AT THE PARK?
Admission to the park may be paid in cash or by bank card or holiday vouchers (chèques Vacances).
Inside the park, you can pay with cash or bank card. You can also purchase a WAVE MONEY bracelet to pay for any purchases inside the park.
Please note: the park does not have any cash machine.
WHAT IS THE DAY THAT YOU SHOULD AVOID?
Avoid Thursday and Sunday if you want to fully enjoy our slides. They are the two days with the most visitors at the park.
WHERE SHALL I PARK?
The park does not have its own car park.
Paid municipal car parks are available all around the park to provide you with easy access. For more information on the car parks, please see our SERVICES page. You can also contact the Monteux Tourist Office at +33 (0)4 90 66 97 52.
I AM HANDICAPPED, CAN I ENTER THE PARK?
The entire park is accessible to people with disabilities, including those in wheelchairs. Special areas for entering the water have been provided for persons with reduced mobility at the Baie des Vagues, Baie des Sirènes and the Rivière Tropicale.
Upon presentation of a medical certificate allowing for the practice of water sports such as the slides, you can also access other attractions. There are special rates for people with disabilities (€22, €10 or free of charge). See our RATES page for further information.
DOES THE PARK REMAIN OPEN IN BAD WEATHER?
In the event of storms, Management reserves the right to temporarily, partially or totally close the park should the weather conditions demand it. In the event that information concerning a possible closing has been announced, there will be no reimbursement should the park close.
MAY I LEAVE THE PARK AND COME BACK AFTERWARDS?
Yes. Exit is not final at WAVE ISLAND. To re-enter the park after leaving, you just have to present the undamaged bracelet on your wrist at the park entrance.
HOW OLD MUST A CHILD BE BEFORE THEY CAN ENTER THE PARK UNACCOMPANIED?
Children, whether in family or in groups, whatever their age, must be under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or chaperones.
Access to WAVE ISLAND is prohibited to children under the age of 13 unless they are accompanied by an adult.
Minors aged 13 to 17 years old, if not accompanied by an adult, must present a release form completed by their legal guardian along with proof of identity for the guardian. This release form can be found at the sales points in the park or can be downloaded here.
CAN I PICNIC AT THE PARK?
Picnics and snacks are not permitted within the park.
You may, however, leave your coolers at the lockers designed for this purpose (flat rate of €4 per cooler).
Exceptions: bottles of water, baby food and, on presentation of written proof, snacks for people requiring a special diet (ex.: food intolerance).
Silverware, sharp objects, bottles or containers in glass are strictly prohibited within the park grounds.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR WHEN AT THE PARK?
Swimwear is the appropriate attire at the park. The wearing of undergarments underneath a bathing suit is prohibited for obvious health reasons.
When bathing, it is prohibited to wear street clothing; however, Lycra, short-sleeved T-shirts are permitted.
Shoes must be left in your bags or lockers; you may, however walk around the park barefoot or in flip-flops (these must be left outside each attraction).
Full-body suits are strictly prohibited.
Any safety equipment for children when swimming is authorised (water wings, swim vests or tubes for babies).
Different sized vests are available at the Rivière Tropicale and Baie des Vagues but you can also bring your own equipment if you prefer.
